Humanitarian Return Assistance for Migrants/ Third Country Nationals Affected by the TOHOKU Pacific Earthquake

Responding to the urgent humanitarian needs of the migrants / third-country-nationals directly affected by the recent earthquake, the tsunami, or the radiation threat, International Organization of Migration; IOM is going to provide humanitarian return assistance for such migrant/third-country-national populations.
