Visit to Osaka: Courtesy call on Osaka Prefecture Vice Governor

The Ambassador officially called on Vice Governor Mr Shinsaku Kimura on Thursday 11 November, 2010 as part of FET efforts to discuss with prefectural governments in Japan, trade and investment opportunities for the business arm of prefectures visited with people from Fiji. This is based on common areas of investment and trade that can be explored in addition to people-to-people exchanges. The Ambassador prior to the visit also called in at the Fiji Hon Consul Office in Osaka for a courtesy visit.
