IMF Asia Conference

The Conference held in Daejeon, South Korea from 12 – 13 July, 2010 was attended by Finance Ministers, Central Bank Governors and business leaders from the region. The conference according to the IMF website discussed Asia’s leading role in financial recovery from the recent global downturn with topics covering financial sector policies and challenges of low income countries in the region. Fiji’s delegation was led by the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance and National Planning, Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama.
