ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2009 TOKYO

The 8th ‘Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2009 TOKYO’ co-hosted by NHK and the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) was held on Saturday, 22 August 2009 in Tokyo. The international educational event invited selected teams of students from countries in the Asia-Pacific region to compete with their peers under a common theme and rules with their handmade robots. Fiji was represented by a group of students from the University of the South Pacific (USP).
